Swiss-born accountant Laure Falconnier moved to New Zealand stunning far north in 2014 to work in the hospitality industry after seven years working in accountancy in Switzerland. But after four years in the industry in the Bay of Islands and Queenstown, she has returned to her “first love” – accounting – at Compass Agribusiness.
Attracted to the strong team culture at Compass, Laure brings a fun and positive attitude and attention to detail to the role, supporting the wider team with administration and accounts payable. Long term, Laure hopes she can move into supporting all accounting and administrative aspects for farms under Compass management.
