Dan joins the Compass team with over twenty years hands-on experience in the New Zealand dairy industry. Having worked his way up through the industry via the traditional route of wages to sharemilking, and then onto Equity Partnership, Dan brings invaluable knowledge and expertise to his role.
Dan understands and appreciates the climatic, physical, and financial challenges first-hand that come with being involved in the agriculture sector.
