Rachel grew up on a sheep and deer farm in Southland before going on to pursue a career in rural finance. Having spent the last eight years working in the rural financial sector in Southland, Rachel’s expertise and knowledge are invaluable for her part-time business consultant role at Compass.

Rachel brings practical farming knowledge and understanding of what is involved to run a farm business and enjoys supporting clients to achieve business goals and sustainability.
